  • Non-defective product(s):
  • 1. Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • 2. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
  • Defective product(s)
  • 1. Most of our products have a 2-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned two year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem.
  • 2. Defective products must be returned within 45 days. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
  • 3. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
  • 4. The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.
  • 5. It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures
  • 1. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon filling out the Application or requesting through sales@ideal-battery.com. RMA are only valid for thirty (45) days.
  • 2. It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
  • 3. Products must be returned within 45 days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 45th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • 4. Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • Please Email us, do not ship anything back to us without getting a RMA number first. It may delay you getting a replacement or refund if we just receive products back without prior knowledge.
